  • Late arrivals may shorten appointment duration, and missed appointments may incur a fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments can be made by EFTPOS, credit card, or approved online payment platforms.

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered, as outcomes may vary from person to person.

  • Product sales are final unless required by law under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty or defective items.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expiry dates are clearly stated on each voucher and cannot be extended.
