Sally is the heart of Mind Body Skin Institute - warm, vibrant, exceptionally organised and the person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Born and raised in the Southern Highlands, Sally has deep roots in the local community and seems to know just about everyone! Her friendly nature, genuine interest in people and natural ability to make others feel welcome help create the warm, personalised experience that defines MBSI.
With a professional background as an AHPRA-registered Dental Hygienist, Sally brings valuable clinical experience and a strong understanding of patient care, healthcare standards and the importance of attention to detail. Her transition into practice management combines her healthcare knowledge with her exceptional organisational skills and natural ability to bring people together.
As Office Manager, Sally oversees the day-to-day coordination of the clinic, supports our clinical and administrative teams, and ensures the many moving parts of a busy medical and cosmetic practice come together effortlessly. From managing schedules and refining processes to troubleshooting the unexpected, Sally approaches every challenge with professionalism, efficiency and a positive attitude.
Sally is also one of the creative forces behind MBSI's social media presence, helping bring the personality of the clinic to life and keeping our community connected with what's happening at the Institute.
Meticulous in her work yet approachable and down-to-earth, Sally has a remarkable ability to balance the demands of a busy clinic while making patients and colleagues feel genuinely valued.

Polly is one of the warm and welcoming faces of Mind Body Skin Institute, bringing kindness, compassion and a genuine love of people to every patient interaction.
With a professional background in teaching and counselling, Polly brings a unique combination of communication skills, emotional intelligence and empathy to her role. Her experience working closely with people from all walks of life has given her a natural ability to listen, understand individual needs and help others feel comfortable and supported.
Polly understands that visiting a medical or cosmetic clinic can sometimes feel overwhelming or personal, and she takes pride in creating a calm, reassuring and welcoming environment where every patient feels respected, valued and genuinely cared for.
As part of our reception and patient care team, Polly helps coordinate appointments, manage patient enquiries and support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Her thoughtful approach, attention to detail and friendly manner help ensure each visit feels organised, seamless and personal.
Known for her approachable personality and genuine warmth, Polly has a wonderful ability to put people at ease, whether welcoming someone for their very first appointment or greeting one of our familiar faces returning to the clinic.
