Wrinkle Consultations

Fine Lines and Wrinkles

At Mind Body Skin Institute, we provide doctor-led consultations to assess facial lines and wrinkles that develop naturally with age, expression, and sun exposure.

During your consultation, your doctor will evaluate your facial structure, muscle activity, and skin quality to determine whether prescription-only treatment options may be clinically appropriate.

Where suitable, treatment may be used to soften the appearance of expression-related lines, such as those affecting the frown, forehead, or eye area, with the aim of maintaining natural facial movement and balance.

All procedures are performed by a registered medical practitioner following individual assessment and informed consent.

Commonly treated areas may include:

  • Forehead lines (horizontal lines formed by expression)

  • Frown lines (between the brows)

  • Crow’s feet (around the outer eyes)

  • Bunny lines (across the nose)

  • Chin dimpling or creasing

  • Masseter muscles (to help manage jaw tension or facial balance)

  • Neck/platysma bands

  • Lip lines

  • Downturned mouth

  • Gummy smile

  • Brow position

Your doctor will discuss:

  • Whether this treatment is suitable for you

  • Expected effects and duration

  • Possible risks, side effects, and alternatives

  • Aftercare and review recommendations

Important Information

Prescription-only medications cannot be named or advertised under Australian law.
Individual suitability, dose, and treatment frequency vary and can only be determined during a medical consultation.
Results and longevity depend on a range of personal factors including age, muscle strength, metabolism, and lifestyle. This will be discussed during your consultation.

Everyone’s skin tells a story - of genetics, environment, hormones, stress, and time.

At Mind Body Skin Institute, our role is to interpret those signals and design thoughtful, doctor-led treatment plans that address both the surface and the source.
